NAPA Auto Care Description
Accu-Brake is an authorized NAPA Auto Care Center. What does this mean? When you being your vehicle to be serviced at Accu-Brake we offer you our “Peace of Mind” Nationwide Limited Warranty. This is a 12 months/12,000 mile limited warranty that covers all applicable parts and labor costs.
This limited warranty is extended only to you, the customer, and not to anyone who may purchase your vehicle during the term of the warranty. This limited warranty will be honored by any NAPA Auto Care Center participating in this program or any other authorized repair facility in the United States
What is covered under our NAPA Autocare Nationwide Limited Warranty?
- Air conditioning and climate control systems.
- Engine cooling systems
- Engine performance, drivability services and repairs
- Emission control system
- Fuel system
- Electronic engine management system and other on-board computer systems (engine, body, brake and suspension computers), cruise control.
- Brake system
- Starting and charging system
- Electrical system
- Exhaust system
- Ignitions system
- Steering/suspension systems, wheel bearings CV joints/U-Joints, half shafts and drive shafts
- Clutches
- Other minor repairs
Where can I obtain my warranty service?
If you are less than 25 miles away from the original repairing NAPA Auto Care Center location, you must return your vehicle to the NAPA Auto Care Center location where the warranted service was performed and present your copy of the repair order. If you are more than 25 miles from your original NAPA Auto Care Center location and are not aware of a participating NAPA Auto Care Center in that area, then you MUST call the warranty administrator at 1-800-452-NAPA (6272) from 8:00AM to 8:00PM Monday through Friday and 8:00AM through 5:30PM on Saturday excluding holidays. The administrator will direct you the nearest participating NAPA Auto Care Center location. If there are no NAPA Auto Care locations in your area the administrator will direct you to a non-NAPA Auto Care Center. You MUST keep a copy of the repair order and present it when seeking service under this warranty. If warranty work is performed you must temporarily surrender possession of the repair order.
